Small groups waking the sleeper really only becomes possible when two guilds are keyed and one decides to kill Ventani and leave Nanzata up.

We'd probably just leave Ventani up once the douchebaggery starts, she drops some nice shit- but she'll keep the SoDs and Primal flowing- you aren't going to 1 group, 2 group, or even 5 group Ventani unless you know what the hell you're doing.
