It is never easy to find a random group outside of your guild on FFA servers. Has always been like that, but I guess you just want things made easier for you. I am basing all of that on your previous reply. Your only reason for global OOC is that it may be "easier for low levels to find groups." Maybe they should join a guild, or join IRC.

Hopefully guides have enough sense to keep it out, they should know better than to put it in with this community (mainly the vztz crowd).
