not kittens, because it turned out the mob that wiped you wasn't one that was part of our train, but was a repop you failed to manage, knew was a repop in real time, and still petitioned over anyways. That's why your leaders dropped kittens from that petition, remember?

I'm not sure that you know what deflecting means. My statement is that Kittens trained FRAG and Riot. Your defense was that it wasn't the train that killed FRAG and Riot, it was an extra mob that popped. But that doesn't excuse the train? Who is the one deflecting?

Kittens didn't get petitioned because they didn't get the kill. CSR has shown in previous cases that guilds only get punished if they secure the kill while committing a petitionable act. And I've seen Kittens commit petitoinable acts. Remember the Vyemm stall when they started wiping during a tank swap? Instead of eating the wipe, they extended their engage by leaving Vyemm tanked for more than a minute while the mob summoned them to kill them one. at. a. time.

It was ridiculous.

You know what I haven't ever seen, though? Is Kittens successfully take a contested mob, much less take one after they've broken the rules.

That's why Kittens doesn't get petitioned.

Wasn’t a concession given for that LTK and a PnP ban was still issued?

Yeah 2x concession for a mob that at the time you were very rarely contesting. No offer to stop and help CR in the moment. Instead y'all went on and killed 2 (3?) other targets while Riot came and helped Kittens CR and kill LTK. Doing so caused Riot to lose out on Growth/Tunare.

But yeah that 2x LTK was obviously the only necessary punishment.

Wipe an opposing guilds raid, don't offer to help CR in the moment, and take advantage of it by getting 3-4 additional bosses you might not have otherwise killed. The Quish Way.

Two issues with this scenario: Who the fuck needs HELP recovering from LTK? Any non-KOS cleric can just walk up there and any monk can move the corpses.

And who is to blame that Riot CHOSE to go for LTK instead of contesting other mobs?

How is any of that Vanquish's fault? It's not their fault you suck.
