Do people really think the grind to 60 in vanilla wow is worse than the grind in classic EQ?

It is better in some ways and worse in others. The one thing EQ did that very few other games did (or have done since then) is have meaningful gear drops off low level mobs especially rare spawns and in dungeons - things like bloodstained mantle, impskin gloves, fbss, etc. Plus it was far more group based in the leveling process compared to WoW.

It's worse to me because I like the idea of "camping" and just slaying mobs.

Running around doing theme park quests is so shitty because I can't afk and watch porn you feelers.
