so what is eq to u chuck. logging in for 8 hours a day 5 days a week to kill dragons and loot items so you can just look at your characters inventory when you log in again?

afaik i rolled on red99 to pvp on one of the most unique mmos for pvp. no other game has such a multifaceted system for pvp. and empire just kills dragons. shit's weird.

Arena pvp is boring and skill factors in a lot less. As I stated from the beginning, I'd do it in a dungeon type zone. I want altitude and other important pvp factors to be included

EQ is EQ - nothings changed from 1999 when i played rallos. You pick a side (wisely hopefully) then fight anyone who gets in the middle of progressing your character (spawns, dragons, quests), trying to make it anything more then that is setting yourself up for disappointment. Your the same guy who logs on for a 1am PD after cohin every alt you can find there - 3 months into Velly I may add. You do exactly what you are campaigning against, so jaded and clueless.

Without guilds like Empire Friends wouldn't be PvPing anyone. Everyone would be sitting at assumed bind points, zone lines, and spires waiting for easy YT. Without people actually trying to play the game content the actual PvP doesn't exist.

You are mad at them because they are accomplishing what they want to while you are failing at the part you came to this server to do, which is stopping them from doing the PvE.

Are you asking them to suck more at the PvE and wipe so you can run in and wipe them while they are rezzing or what?

made it very clear in the OP arena duels are junk and I am trying to make this a real nurga event. You aren't interested in stepping it up, then this challenge ain't for you. Fandango didn't say I am in a league of my own for no reason. I do dope shit.

You really are just an attention seeking primadonna. Show me exactly where you make it "very clear" in the post about "arena duels". I even offered to not use eyepatch, not use primal bow etc. Soon as an AON was put on the table you backed down real fast, I don't blame you, just quit trying to sugarcoat it.

for self proclaimed box pal you are a really obnoxious person. weird how phara dar still drops good loot in velious, right? so bizarre that i want to bring other toons for my unkeyed friends to play. lol. basically what i get from this is that you find no joy in skirmish pvp, even though thats what made everquest fun from the beginning, you just want to look at your gear and not be bothered.

Listen I feel bad for some of the things I said, I don't know you from a hole in the wall, we'd prolly get along great if we actually sat down and talked, everyone seems to get along with me. We just have a fundamental difference of opinion right now on how the server turned out. Skirmish pvp is to be found about 20% of the time I can play during the week hours from 7-11. Ask anyone in empire, they will say i'm the first guy to respond to any sort of skirmish pvp to be had.

As I've said many times, velious kills pvp in eq, zones are way too big, the loot gaps become too large from both sides. Shoot me a tell in game this weekend and we can clash heads and fight, w/o trying to make it some sort of Lite "huge event" that nobody gives a fuck about .
