That's actually pretty low to be honest it's prolly more like 40. Notice I said characters not accounts, when you consider he has access to the entire guild of Circle of Tyrants and all the 50+ toons belonging to over 15 RL people most of which that no longer play here, and that's not even counting all the Az toons he has access to, 30 is pretty low.
