Wait. What? How old are you? It takes a long time to go from 140 to 170 if you're talking about muscle. 30 lbs of muscle is a big deal. Not to mention going from 230 to 170 before that. That's a 60 lb swing right there. Even if you were fat, which you wouldn't have been if you truly played OLB, it would take at least a year to drop 60 lbs of fat. Unless you're just using drugs and steroids to bulk and thin.

32 and I haven't weighed 140 in the past two decades it was some moran that made that comment. I started fighting at middleweight (185) for my first two and walked around closer to 210 prior to cutting 8 weeks out. I most recently fought at welterweight (170) and walked around close to 200 8 weeks out. I didn't start fighting until about two years after college it wasn't an overnight thing.
