nizzar is a non factor. he was a mediocre / below average PvPer with good PvE monk skills. He was a terribad guild leader and an ok raid leader. He benefited from being gifted a guild that was already in the #1 spot on server from Lovely, on a double digit pop box. His shtick wouldn't work in 2015 on 300+ pop red. Too many superior guild options.

If you want to see when Ragnaros plays just check his deaths on leaderboards. He dies a couple times for every day he plays.
