I always kind of wondered if FE merged to take out TMO from the inside. Didn't want to call it out earlier and have it not work.

TMO/FE merge saved both guilds, really. Prior to the merger TMO was allegedly (I'm not the person to ask for details) imploding due to some drama. It seems as if some old school TMO peeps were never fully on board with the merger and couldnt bear to stick around despite it being a mostly successfulendeavor so far.


As for why FE merged into TMO after spending a year in an alliance with IB, well...FE's leadership/members were more or less disrespected by their former allies (IB) and forced to back out of the planned merger with IB which put us in a position we weren't really too fond of. After we split loot fairly (even though numbers wise IB/FE weren't always fielding equal numbers) with IB and helped them back onto p99's raiding wagon, they more or less decided they no longer needed FE once they got back on their feet. Whats funny to me is how many folks predicted this would happen prior to FE even beginning our alliance with them.

No matter now though, the past is the past.

Will be interesting to see how this all shakes out in velious. Im predicting there will be even more guild mergers once people realize how spoiled and complacent they've gotten fighting 32k pussy mobs for 3 years. You can already see the newbs posting in velious forums that stuff seems too hard, lol.
