Show me clear evidence of anyone violating the current PnP and they'll get banned as well.
Did Tune not one hit a player resulting in his death and was then banned for violation of PNP?

Did Spectre only kill one person that was on LNS and did not leave the area after looting his corpse only to be banned for violating the PNP?

Both of them are now being told that "you have previous violations of the rules" yet what rules were violated at the time of the infraction? Tune being banned on his cleric for logging in to do a item transfer is grounds for labeling him a cheater and a toxin to the community? Spectre being banned on MANY characters for stripping/deleting someone when it had been accepted and ignored by GMs until Ender did it himself. Bronkus was banned within 30 mins of the rules being posted and is still banned...yet no one was aware of the rules being posted (or even that the potential for the rule to be posted).

However players like Andis, Colgate(Cwall), Heartbrand that would train spectres on new players in oasis, wall hack by using LoS for bolt spells and delevel players that were afk are now looked upon as "golden examples" of model players of the community?

Check your petition logs, check your PMs. Players have been trying to reach out and reason with you about these things. But it seems that you are choosing to wear rose colored glasses.

It's like every post you make is filled with misinformation and propaganda.

Pretty sure Tune's log show him hitting that player with an AoE as well. But that player should never have been targetted and hit. We told people to be careful.

Bronkus is not banned or suspended.

Where did I say anything about previous rules violations as it applies to Tune and Spectre's bans? I've stated that previous violations should affect future sentences. I never said anything about it affecting Tune's or Spectres.

Spectre attacked/killed multiple people on LnS. Yes, I only witnessed one in person, but saw several others in YT, and received a petition from Spectre himself about him killing players on LnS.

I've never commented on any of those players whistles. I am not so foolish as to think they are all paragons of virtue and justice. There are good and bad apples in all guilds.

Yes... Tune tried to reason with me about his ban... by making 10 forum threads and 200 posts in the red forums, instead of being patient and waiting. A week hadn't even gone by and he started his trail of tears. I never once told him or Spectre their bans were permanent. Raging out publicly over a GM decision is a terrible way to get a ban lifted under any circumstances.

Forumquest is fun. Do I lose XP on death if I get pk'd?

Thank you for taking the time to respond.

I look forward to seeing the new PnP rules and hope it will make the server a more enjoyable experience for the community.

Aaand you just lied.

I killed ONE player on LNS, and I petitioned you about their players baiting us and ONE player in particular I killed during pvp as well as the 20 to 30 players that had already died that did NOT LNS. You then chose to ignore the obvious evidence of what I said via petition tho 60% of their guild that died remained in the zone 30+ minutes after the conflict. All of the other 11 players I killed in Sol b were fair game targets, sorry if they were your friends.

Lets have a friendly wager. If I'm telling the truth here, you restore our characters banned with bias and personal prejudice against us, you apologize to us for letting your emotions cloud your judgement, and you step down from being a GM for obvious reasons.

You are as jaded and biased as any troll on these forums. You done drank the cool aid son.

Just curious how you could not "see" the 30ish RD violating LnS but could hone right in on two Nihilum?

Guides with obvious axes to grind are bad news.

Next please.

Just one question I have from this post...

If Tune's AOE had killed him instead of a tab target single swing in melee would he still be in violation?

On live you were banned after 2 suspensions.

Looks like Derubael read the classic handbook instead of making marshmallow peanut butter treats all day.

I could add some other things to the list but I'll just cryptically hint to FTC violations.
