A judge doesn't need to make a decision on the merits of a case if the suit is barred from being filed to begin with

I could join any guild on this server. All I would have to do is call Lite talk to him for 5 mins and I'm in. Same goes for Heartbrand. Heartbrand you yourself have asked me to join.
