there is literally nothing "made up" about what i have posted about ephi

fact: i have given him enough information on certain players(nizzar) than what was necessary to condemn other players for being stripped/deleted(ender, rettiwalk), yet not a single response from the PM that i sent him which was sent by your request

fact: he went into the bear pits one day where rettiwalk and grammer were exping, saw that their charmed pets weren't attacking them, immediately banned them, and then it took him the rest of the day to unban grammer, yet it took him several days to a week to unban rettiwalk simply because rettiwalk was raging(and rightfully so)

fact: he has stated on tiggles' stream that his policy on enforcing rules is dependent on what your attitude is, not whether or not you were actually breaking rules. i don't think i even need to explain how retarded the concept is of unjustly punishing someone, them getting angry about it, and then continuing to punish them further just because your ego was threatened

yeah he might be "doing big things" in other places but his use of discretion is pretty fucking disheartening to anyone who wants the rule enforcement here to be fair

Have you ever been pulled over by a cop and gotten off by being nice or maybe gotten pulled over and been screwed over because you were a dick? Even if you are right, if you present it in an obnoxious way it ends up hurting you more times than not.

or this is like someone robs your house, you present enough hard enough evidence to convict someone beyond a reasonable doubt, and the judge says "nah i don't like your attitude, too bad"

I would say its more like a misunderstanding on a video game and then someone nerd raging, insulting a volunteer, and probably demanding a decision be reversed when he could have just been cool about it.

The life lesson here is mistakes happen and if you are calm/polite about it people are more willing to help you out.

What I got from this thread.

Brainz boxes Shpoopty Siege Pappa and Xaezus. Get them all kind of gear farming fungi's and other seb gear, solo. Brainz thinks all the items belong to him because, lets face it, he farmed them all while boxing the 4 characters. Siege himself admits he doesn't play this game, so who is playing Siege all the time? All 4 of these toons seem to LD at the same time when PvP is around 75% of the time. I think what all the characters involved are requesting is their accounts to be banned for blatant boxing and general retardism.
