I talked to platlord once on AIM for shits and giggles. This was right after someone told me Platlord was affiliated with Flawless Victory. Platlord seemed very confident over AIM and indicated that few people had been caught using his services. I always thought it would be interesting to try to do a sting operation to catch him like a detective and then figured eh nevermind, and closed the conversation.

And by at the top tier I mean someone in TMO who is basically an RMT ringleader that at least one GM is completely aware of.

that same GM keeps the TMO deal under wraps in exchange for a % of what the RMTer sells.

There probably are exploits out there that no-one has discovered yet or few know of. If you know of one its doubtful many others do or they would be using them. And the more they get used the more likely it would be for them to be caught exploiting. Its likely at that point that it would get fixed.

Its not worth the coders time to search out and fix exploits that aren't being exploited. The "commonly known" ones are already fixed.

This may be true but the less commonly known ones are fueling 99% of the problems with this game.
