I think the term fake news turns people off because it sounds conspiratorial on it's face, the term should be "shitty journalism", but even that is kind of an insult to the term journalism just by it's inclusion.

Hundred years ago the popular words for the same problem were yellow journalism and muckraking. Hundred years before that, honor killing was still a thing and Andrew Jackson would gladly shoot you when you called his wife a whore. Media is one area where laissez-faire capitalism fails spectacularly since hyped-up crap outsells level (ie, boring) factual presentation.

I'm thinking of going with TheRealResistanceBellamy or WaitUntil2024Bellamy but not sure I mean I named myself after Sam Bellamy when I was going through my Handsome Pirate phase so it's not really suitable for political messaging.

I don't know about the celebrity thing, my go-to fawn has been Brad Pitt ever since Johnny Suede came out back in '91 and watching Major Roy McBride's intense personal struggle to find out who his father really was in last year's Ad Astra did nothing to change my mind. No homo.

No, they will protest and riot and it will make BLM look like a joke. Unlike blacks, rednecks aren’t pussies. I hope there won’t be blood, but sadly I think the rednecks are going to bring a lot of pain to a lot of people before the Mormons show up and declare imperium

They will protest, I highly doubt they will riot. That just hasn't been the track record for the last... 30 years at least.

I honestly can't remember a "right wing" riot in american history, like not even one, let alone one that went on for six months. And to be clear riot = violent destruction of other people's property (including their actual human body) and opportunistic looting. Protest = chanting stuff and standing around with various placards.
