I'm posting in here once and once only, to set the record straight about last night.

It was not a normal encounter. Some rules applied. Others did not. No guilds were made aware of how we were going to rule before we did. Fair? Yes. Allow you to strategize? No.

Inny was spawned at a different location. While this was actually further back in the room from his normal spawn point, he was actually aggroing the zone-in from his spawn point, along with the drakes we spawned. Full Circle were the first to feel his wrath at the zone-in. Then BDA ported up and received some of the same aggro. Then TMO, then FE. Staff was watching the entire event.

Staff awarded the kill to who we thought fairly engaged Inny as he was running around, resetting, being generally crazy. It was our decision.

Blame us if you feel you were mistreated. But remember: this was a GM event. This was not a normal raid encounter.

There will be more events in the future, perhaps like this, perhaps not. It is our discretion to set the event as we please, and we feel it went very well, despite the reaction of some.

Again, sorry if you feel robbed of loot or mistreated. I can assure that's not the case. There will be other opportunities in the future.

Remember, you petitioned us for FTE first in a scenario where we fully killed the mob. I am just returning the favor.

Its not about you, its about how the rules changed without anyone knowing Jarn. If this event was meant to be a shit-show, then all the guilds subject to it should have had a equal reward.

On VS, everybody was chain killed and nobody wanted to actually kill him because nobody knew who had FTE and didnt want to kill it for the other guild.. You just decided to kill it knowing you might not get the loot, period. And yes, the ruling is surprising to say the least.. Sirken told me once that FTE was not the most fair rule but it was the only thing they could actually check.. That said, grats, i prefer the loot going to you than to TMO bought alt 247.

On inny, lol ? Chest and Fatty pulled inny with some ghasts and liches that were handled, that's your "train" ..? And yeah we got FTE on inny but you decided to KS the kill and ninja loot.. great idea for a kill that's supposed to be fun times during halloween. I wish i knew who actually looted that inny after sirken told us it was ours..

Oh btw, i definitely saw a train in hate from Chief, but you all will have to believe me <3

BDA has a large quantity of assholes. Alot of them left to FE, but they still have you, chest, anthrax, and that new ogre warrior officer who I cant seem to ever remember.

Chest - FTE is not the end all be all rule. You cannot, for example, get FTE and train a mob onto another raid wherein they either have to die or fight. That is the situation we are dealing with here. The only reason it is a non-issue is because the GM's are considering this to not be a 'normal' encounter due to their claim that Inny was going to aggro the zone in regardless of who pulled it, so it would have been a train on the zone in anyway.

It should be obvious that having a situation where FTE holds for a particular guild while claiming that the mob was always headed to the zone in where ALL THE RAID FORCES OF DIFFERENT GUILDS WERE is completely contradictory.

Why you have so much in the past. Just admit you wont post fraps/logs because it demonstrates your guilt.

Are you high? We pulled it to our waiting raid force and your group decided to help chop it down. Specifically our raid force that was there first with a pull inc as you ported up. There was some mobs aggroing at the well area, I saw some invis TMO hanging around, I tagged for the DT and Fatty brought in a solo Inny. Fatty Sadad and Hellfire all tanked him at multiple points in the fight.

I saw chowda beating on him too which he was under no obligation to do. Put down the pipe and finish your sour grapes and check our sweet guises

Chest, even the GMs - all of which were there and watching - are saying that under normal raid rules the ruling would be quite different. Their explanation of the results is that it was not a normal event and hence PULLING TO THE FUCKING ZONE ON EVERYONE WAS OK.
