That was him being a smartass, it took me a few days of negotiating, haggling, and finagling to get that rogue, have Rogean turn it into a male halfling, and meet all of his demands. It was all business at the start and we didn't exactly trust each other. Making that work was one of my proudest moments, when I started, I had no idea how I was going to do it, ad I did it all without any GM access, it was pure creativity and problem solving. So that was the few days it took him to hit 50. He wanted a rogue with gear good enough to raid in.

I'm honestly not sure wtf the parchments accusation was about. There aren't even any parchments that are involved in rogue stuff, there were some parchments that were for SK epic that were dropping off of orc oracles in EC, but everyone who played back then likely has a few of those in the bank, they were from a level 5 mob, and I'm the one who fixed that.

As far as why I refused to tell anyone about it, it was mostly because I agreed never to reveal his involvement as a double agent. He was more a member of the staff than a player. LOL, he fucking hated raiding with TMO, this was when they couldn't even kill djorn.

yes there are 2 notes or partchments u have to pickpocket off mobs for rogue epic. They can be quite a pain in the ass to get.

... weren't all of those in game? iirc renux's dagger was the only bottleneck that couldn't be obtained before kunark. And some genius from peq put it on the qeynos renux's standard loot table. Anyone who took the time to look could have (and may have) killed her for it in advance. Either way, the dagger was all I did. The net consequence of that dagger? Would have saved him a whopping 4 seconds the day epics launched, since the respawn timer on the hate book was bugged. He got all of the rest of the parts of the epic on his own.
