Thats either a terrible curse or a spot on call out. I’ve definitely not treated my body like a temple all my years. It’s true. Not gonna be around forever (except maybe in meta physical, spiritual, transitory ways?). I try not to treat my body as a dump though. Hopefully my healthy years will be long.

Avoiding respiratory infections seems a good step toward that goal.
