I think we're taking OP's use of the word "integrity" all wrong. He could mean this definition:

adherence to moral and ethical principles; soundness of moral character; honesty.

But he's already lied multiple times in this thread, and that definition clearly includes "honesty". So OP must actually be using the second definition:

In other words "modenkane has integrity" should be taken to mean "modenkane is whole, entire, and undiminished ... in his insanity". Unlike the first definition, this one fits much better: the guy is 100% (integrally) nuts.

Did the GM estimate 1-3 people or 1-3 accounts per day? It's a big difference as they'll ban all the accounts associated with the boxer. So 1-3 accounts per day means catching a boxer every other day or so, whereas 1-3 people per day is much more frequent.
