Must have been, they wiped to it somehow, AE had to be working. Regardless the only problem anyone can have with it is that it was deemed illegal by the GM's and is widely known by ex-IB, VD, BDA and TMO.

Guys, it is pretty simple.

The rules are abitrary, and different people have ruled differently on different issues based on a number of factors in the past. It is a non-CSR zone until CSR occurs. At which point some rules will be put into place or enforced, while others will not be (thus remanaining up in the air). This may or may not be against or in favor of you or your guild.

Any and everything is possible, the rules simultaneously do and do not apply/exist, and the zone both is and is not eligable for server staff to intercede.

Any questions you have nobody cares about until the time in which they become an issue (this is also to be decided arbitrarily and at a whim).
