The gms knew the locket was dropping, a petition was sent, the mob could have been permanence despawned at any point. So you kill a mob and it drops an item that was on its prior loot table, you petition it, gms do not despawn mob or inform you not to camp it, seems logical to keep killing and make some plat to maybe buy epic pieces tmo cockblocks to sell.

doesn't matter if GMs allow it or not, as they've allowed exploiting before.

Exploit is exploit.

Actually, that's all what matters. GMs will rule any case in the end.
What would mean people stacking Shadoo & Poison Resist to fight Trakanon for example according to you? That all Trak & VP loot/keys/epics should be removed and players banned?

Things being broken is classic, maybe not in this exact way. But p99 is trying to recreate classic experience, not a clone of it. If Divinity players reported this, then it's all legit. They still have the right to camp Chief don't they? (and hand the camp according to the server camping rules).

I really don't see what's the issue here (beside people acting in a rude way, like Fountree). If anything, it would seem after word of a TMO officer condoning cheating in guild chat went out, the very same guild is now trying to stain one of the most outstanding guild's reputation on this server. Not cool.

Exploiting is exploiting, plain and simple. So you got a GM to say it's okay that you exploit a broken npc, it's not new, but don't go waving around your "we're better than you card". Divinity has just joined the ranks of other guilds that have taken advantage of exploits.

so its pretty safe to assume that these are not going to be removed, therefore its really a stretch to call this cheating by and standard of the word

srsly. few obeses are so upset that they missed out on some pixels

how is this different than the 100 other nonclassic errors pending fix? if they petitioned, it's fair game until fixed unless they somehow contributed to chief breaking
