Doing pretty good actually, bro. Routinely working out. Quit smoking again, hoping this time sticks. Been working 9ut consistently for the past two years. Underwent the whole corrective restructuring of body composition about 9 months back. Eating healthy. Should be sleeping more. Went from blaming the world like most of us do to just sampling a different approach a few years back and never felt better, might even be in better shape than when i was playing soccer in high school but ill need to see if this quit will stick so i can complete the toxic purge and restore lung health over the next few years.
