Did you fast for religious reasons, health, you ran out of food stamps or other/none of your beeswax. (All reasons are valid btw.)

Trying to be more responsible with it this year. While still getting the same benefits and still doing without extra fluff and luxury. I've dropped a bunch of foods from my diet. Plus going vegan except for 1 meal.

That's funny. Vegan except for one meal. Are you eating animal products because you realise its very difficult to be fully vegan and healthy. (No flames, it is very difficult and can be successful.)

I listened to a podcast about fungus and mushies in general. Alot of those specialty ones offer what vegans need but are rare/difficult to source.

Is it the giving away to anywhere that helps you or the giving it to someone that does it for you?

I tend to give away my skills/body (help with changing oil in car, minor computer stuff etc) for free more than stuff. You can do that all year round and its on demand.

Fungus is weird man. On a technical level.

Giving Anywhere, however, I want to get my ass in shape and try to volunteer and stuff over at the VA hospital or something cool like that. I don't care where stuff goes as long as it goes to someone who wants it. Or needs it. So donations could be anywhere.

As for the one meal thing. Traditionally didn't eat meat until after sundown during lent and only one meal a day. So going for that. Also: I'm dependent on another for most food prep/meals outside of something simple. Also, if I could afford/prep all meals. I would make everything vegan. In previous years I went a bit hard on the fasting and so am also recovering this year from illness and a traumatic experience again (yeh I wasn't going to mention that). So I need to be more moderate. Christ forgives! I'm still on the path to enlightenment and in observance of G-d's guidance. Pulgasari would say bad doge tho [You must be logged in to view images.
