Joe looks juiced to the gills in those pictures, could that be related to his premature death? Honest question I don't really know, I've just always heard steroids destroy your body.

I also can't imagine having that much muscle mass VS so little body fat percentage. Do you like die if you miss a meal?
Yeah he was always walking around at like 6% bodyfat

You can be that big just with TRT. Although Joe had openly talked about doing other steroids in the past, most likely he was just on TRT in the few years before his death, as he was claiming. He was a pretty honest guy, one of the nicest and most honest in the fitness community

Reiwa was correct though that probably the most common negative side effect of TRT is an increase in red blood cells, creating “thick” blood that doesn’t move through the arteries as well, possibly. The solution is just to let some of the blood out regularly (a few times a year). That pretty much completely fixes that side effect

TRT is so popular because it’s side effects are considered low and easy to manage

I’ve actually shot more test in a week than him, one time I did 1000mg/week for 2 weeks. Blew up and deflated about a week after I stopped. I was like this doesn’t make sense, muscle can’t atrophy that fast. But it was actually water in the muscle making it look bigger, which essentially evaporated once I stopped. Test will make you grow muscle fast, but the initial spike is just water weight

But Joe has done HGH and insulin too he said. I tried oral hgh but it increases grellin (hunger hormone) too much, was miserable starving all day. And I can’t afford the good HGH, the peptide you shoot is like $200/shot

Insulin is EXTREMELY dangerous to shoot when not diabetic, I would never fuck with that

Stay away from that shit, gives you cardiomegaly and ventricular hypertrophy (your heart becomes less effective, for life)

You talkin about HGH? Most TRT clinics will prescribe it, my dad's TRT doc says at a low and infrequent dose it's pretty safe

At a high dose, however, it causes everything to grow, I've heard. Well, organs, certain kinds of tissue (like some bone, such as the temples near the skull, causing a distorted face), and organs inside the body. The organs growing inside the body and pushing out the abdominal muscles is what creates what's called the "GH Gut" turtle-shell looking thing that bodybuilders get

Liver King fake natty is a great example of this, he was shooting like $10,000 of HGH/month he said (well he tried to hide it, but was exposed)

It also increases the size of the heart, which is dangerous ya, you mentioned that

It acts on a spectrum just like radiation does. TRT doc's prescribe it because they consider the long term side effects of low and infrequent doses 'subclinical' and rationalize it by thinking you are gaining a net benefit (or they are just plain unethical). It's a matter of "Well how much do you want your heart wall to grow". The thicker your ventricles get, the less efficient your heart. Your heart can grow quite a bit before you start to notice negative effects, at least in the short term.

Cardiac muscle is particularly vulnerable to this because it triple dips in the effects of testosterone, HGH, and exercise-induced adaptation.

You may never notice the effects of low and infrequent doses in your lifetime, or you may get to 60, go in for a stent to prevent cardiomyopathy, and find your ejection fraction is 35%.

If I say so what? I said that when you're considering covid risk OR covid vaccine risk, you have to consider who you're talking about.

A healthy 20 year old does not need the covid vaccine. Yes it *might* help them not get symptomatic covid, but also getting symptomatic covid is extremely unlikely to harm them in the first place. Taking the vax is just adding another layer of uncertainty to their prognosis.

On the other hand, an 80 year old overweight diabetic absolutely should get a covid vax. The data is crystal clear on this now. The united states is basically the only country that doesn't stratify the covid vax by age or co-morbidity, which is moronic.
