Some of the more serious offenders have been banned several times(mostly temp-bans), but there is a serious lack of consistent moderation on these forums. Most likely this is due to there being no dedicated forum mods, Guides pull double duty on the forums and in-game.

Your best bet is to opt-out of the RnF section(s) and to make judicious use of the ignore function if the trolls bother you.

I'm a new character who just started on Red99.

I wanted to play a bard but seriously, there is nobody online during my play hours (early morning). I have no way to even FIND anyone. Now I'm trying to solo my way up with a necro.

To people who say join a guild. I generally want to meet and group with people a few times before trying out a guild. I guild with people I meet and find interesting, but it doesn't seem like thats possible when I've seen 2 people.

Without global /ooc I don't forsee sticking around simply because I don't feel like soloing this whole game.

Some Red99 players must be too stupid to read. It's the only explanation why the avenues that are already in place for their benefit are ignored.
