I think its like an exodus, but only happens to mq2 users who were banned today and failed to complete the fifth grade.

This may result in many players not returning to P99, and I don't really know how this affects the server. But I'm sure that Rogean and anyone else involved in this decision took this into account when deciding how to handle it, and I'd imagine this probably contributed to the decision to suspend the accounts and penalize them, rather than banning them.

To those of you who feel your privacy has been violated in some fashion:

Establish a case with demonstrable damages including specific private information that was taken, like bank account numbers or pictures of your family, or demonstrate that this action resulted in your computer no longer functioning properly, and then you can take your complaint to the proper avenues. However, I don't believe that discussing it on the forums of the organization that you're claiming has wronged you is a course of action that will lead to resolution you seek. It's unlikely that Rogean is going to change his mind about this, regardless of what you say to him about it.

If you can not establish a case demonstrating how you personally have been victimized in the real world (not Norrath), then there really is no further cause for discussion, and you may continue to play on this server under the terms you initially agreed to, or you have the option to play elsewhere, or not at all.
