player fear shouldn't be implemented as far as I know, wouldn't count on it as a sure thing.

I think fear working on players was removed very early in classic because it was just super broken, so I would hope that they don't implement it.

it was removed in kunark or just before i think, same with charm

It was removed in like sept or october of 99 i think except for bard ae fear stayed in until like kunark.

vztz was loaded with enchanters to back this up too.......errr...

i think null changed a few things like whirl, and maybe the rune code to allow dots to be absorbed. (pretty sweet too, because anyone who played a caster on live probably felt like rune should do that)...anyways. point is, ench really don't have that much else, and it was resisted pretty commonly too. not a big issue.

Yeup that sounds about right. These things took so long to change because verant literally didn't care. I dont think we are going to have a full classic progression server here so its unlikely that PC fear and stuff will be enabled, its OP and ridiculous but hey if its there I'll have a good time with an enchy for a while.
