Kind of an L take from ShoeOnHead here. I haven’t watched even to the mid-point yet but already I am disagreeing with almost everything she’s saying. And I have to constantly skip her cutesy skits she sticks in every 20 seconds to pad her video run time. And it’s annoying! And I hate it! Jk
But yea, I’ll go over all the issues I have with her shitty takes - There ARE shitloads of men who have zero drive to get a good education, learn a trade skill that pays like welding or plumbing, and sit at home and play video games all day. Anyone denying this is fucking stupid, I’m sorry. There’s also as a segment of that group a shitload of men on the ASD spectrum, or who are socially awkward, which have rather than improving their social skills have used it as their excuse to be a fucking hermit. “I have type 2 diabetes, guess I’ll never be able to play sports and I should just sit and eat bon bons all day”. No, your issues are difficult, but that’s no reason to assume that you can’t improve - And what does she want with her whining? Maybe I haven’t come to it, but saying that boo hoo the job market is so hard and boo hoo the houses are so expensive is NOT FUCKING CONSTRUCTIVE. No one wants to hear someone complain. It accomplishes jack shit. And is ShoeOnHead really so dumb as to assume that tons of women have no fucking idea how difficult the job market is or how expensive houses are? As if they need constant reminders from YouTube videos? What does ShoeOnHead think these women are doing? Sitting at nail salons and talking gossip about hip hop singers? No, lots of women get this shit. It’s just that constantly mentioning it just causes a disempowering effect. It’s the same reason it’s stupid for democrats to constant remind “marginalized people” how completely fucking impotent democrats think they are. Oh another issue is when ShoeOnHead sarcastically implies that “pretty privilege” is what got that right wing girl she’s quoting her job on Fox News. She does this literally only a minute after cutting to a segment where clearly ShoeOnHead got all tarted up with makeup and hair styling and cute outfits to push her shitty product promos. Feel free to attack pretty privilege, it is a thing, but always comes across better to do it while looking modest and not all done up like you just left a salon. Otherwise you just come across looking like a fucking hypocrite Also, the entire premise of these arguments are garbage. No matter which side “wins” whatever battle this is, both sides lose because all these vids do is further positioning men and women as in some adversarial relationship. Stop with the us vs them bullshit. It’s also not constructive! So what your side wins and the other side either cowers in defeat or resents you for it? Weeeee! That will sure make them like us! | ||

I feel like this will make that person attractive to a more narrow range of women than simply improving aesthetics would, but if someone is allergic to exercise, then there’s that | |||
