We got dumped on with snow and it was covering up a thick branch sticking out from the ground. By the time i saw it was too late. I hit it dead on with the lateral part of my tibia.

Well, got the boiler fixed on Tuesday (yay!)

but turns out appetite plumets when you're not waking up with a Dickensian frosting on the windows.

Nevertheless I shall persevere with project 3/4ling.

Finally got to gym again yesterday. The real victory was getting my older brother to sign up. We did back and biceps. I had to cut it a bit short because my bro doesn't have a lot of stamina yet, but I'm still sore today so it's a win. After lifting we went to a German restaurant and I drank two excellent beers, a schnitzel, some cheesy noodle appetizer and fries and when I went home I ate a large bowl of ice cream.

Gaining HARD for mead

Take it easy masked. That ankle will twist real easily now for months or even years to come. Do yoga to help rebuild stabilizers.

Actually I realize now a sprained ankle put me on the yogic path like 4 years ago now. Wow.
