What does the Good monk who power levels the entire fucking world with any chance he can get, get in return? A Ban, removed from the game before even speaking my side, so the greedy rogue can have her way. Meanwhile, she would have never even seen the item if I didn't win the competitive pull to bring it back.....So Thanks Kayyte, for being another Greed driven EQ player, I even said to her, can I use it till I get a raid upgrade then Pass it? Nope....Bitch needed the money, over a godly staff in the hands of WELL DESERVING MONK WHO SERVED THE WORLD WITH GREAT LOVE AND CARE....I could have dropped the group and just killed the mob myself, that's the part that tears me up. Crazy, how pixels can make a man lay on the ground depressed.. I may never return to the realm, the world has lost a great monk who served all with any chance he got to give.

imo, keep the guardian mace because you already have it. the proc is good. if you're going to sell it, do it to buy a better instrument. or maybe a tish orb if you're on red.

drum->resists->lute->sta/hp->dex is pretty much your list of priorities. throw "clicky trash buffs" after resists on that if you're playing on red.

str, weapon ratio, etc don't really matter much. procs/effects on weapons can be important/useful like tish orbs, that sword with the clicky regen song, guardian mace, epic, slow trident etc. the only time you should really put much thought into your weapons is "is this proc/effect any good"

think of it this way: at best your dps is going to be about on par with a necro pet, from low levels to the endgame with all the best gear.

I passed so many RBGs, Seb Cloaks, Ikky Boots to guildies in my 2 year stint on p99...I never really cared about loot. In the end? I ended up with everything and anything I could basically want. Fungis, RBGs, top end spells..

What you need to realize dude is you've got plenty of time to get any and every drop you could want out of Everquest. This server won't go any further than He looks and I think it's safe to say it's got at least 5+ years left on its lifespan.

So take your time, stop worrying so much about precious loot or platinum pieces. Your time will come where you're overloaded with it all and then you'll be asking yourself why you're still playing.
