3) with afk tag up

that will "flag" you on lns, to avoid some confusion if you have some one on ignore or OOC off.

can we at least try this?

7 day suspension for non -blatant camping is a bit much. It's why the last Empire to kill a Tempest on LNS sent multiple messages asking us not to petition (we didn't). He shouldn't have to worry that much about a one off mistake.
