Don't try to act magnanimous about that. I asked you guys to put a hold or waiting period on <Fresh> members joining you and you wouldn't even consider it. All you wanted was a feeder guild. In the long run the server is better off without a huge leveling guild feeding a zerg.

Max's hate for Azrael kept him constantly courting you for pixels despite all his FQing. And yeah some of us benefited. But you guys had the better end of the deal.

most of the people who left fresh to join us had intentions of joining us as soon as they started on the server, but couldn't due to the level requirement

i don't see at all how that makes us bad guys

It doesn't. It just wasn't good for server health and you know it. All BS aside you know a competing guild is necessary for server health in a PvP environment. And <Empire> was substantially more appealing to the general type of player <Fresh> leveled. It also would have been perfect for all the <TMO> crossovers.

I already put down your Vote, despite your best Enchanter explaining to you that you are incorrect.

I didn't try and shit on you about how I think your "opinion" is just a cop out, because I want this thread to stay on topic.

No need to try and derail, that's the very thing that keeps the staff light years away from anything we propose. If we as players can make something like this happen, it will lead to a trend where the staff knows we have the ability to present ideas to make the server better. Resists, PNP, and other things that are broken can then be brought forward without years needing to pass by before they agree to make changes. The months that are needed before things are patched in are long enough on their own.

Some may have. But let me ask you - aren't your guys having a whole lot more fun now? I know I am. The strategizing on both sides has been awesome. There are already lower-tier guilds forming to pick up the slack so I'm not worried about the newbs...they'll handle themselves. The bigger fish to fry on that front is the OOC limitation, imo.

As far as <Fresh> goes I think the kill order decimated the guild and put most at odds with <Empire>. I was on a break for all that but that's what I'm getting. <Fresh> couldn't legitimately compete by itself and never could have.
