To add on Barladore's comment we actually lost a few people by joining Red Dawn, Sootwulf, Twerk, Singing, Maximilien, Noah come to mind. It was sad to see pals not playing anymore, and I'm glad a few returned when we split off again.

The truth is the majority of azrael virtually quit around the time Red Dawn was picking up steam. Lite was playing casually at best and anyone that was left over was forced to either join RD or nihilum if they wanted any part of Red99 end game. Azrael's stance was that without variance or simulated patch days there was no point in trying to fight the massive numbers nihilum had on repop day. From there the 10-15 actives that were left began raiding and pvping with red dawn, which most of us enjoyed. Personally I found the DKP system well done and the guild well organized. Regardless of this, many if not all of these azrael's (who were now rolling with RD) still were holding out for an azrael researgeance, be it, in velious or simulated repops. The mentality of azrael players has always been to keep a tight knit crew of skilled pvpers to contest where possible. None of us hate HB, or anyone in Red Dawn for that matter. The reason for us leaving has absolutely nothing to do with nihilum or Red dawn. Azrael as a guild enjoy fighting with smaller numbers, we love the fact that there are 3 active guilds, we love the fact that there is more pvp now than ever. For anyone in RD that feels sleighted by this, dont be, we have nothing against the guild, we just prefer a smaller guild. For many of us, raiding with 40+, especially in kunark is not our idea of a good time. To ad to the 10-15 that left RD, about 25 more came back since simulated repops were added. Azrael was never "poaching" members, the azrael you see now have all either been in azrael at one point or they came on their own accord. Personally, I'd rather get no dragons than have nihilum let me have dragons. Thats not a shot at RD leadership, just the way I feel. Anyone that left RD, probably felt the same.

You literally just said that Azrael used another guild to continue getting loot without telling a soul that was their intention all along, and to not be bothered by it. I just said it in one sentence for you.

Did anyone else not get that from your paragraph? You're trying to explain what happened away and make your side understood and seem validated. You used us, pal. Your foot was halfway in and halfway out the entire time.

The fact that your entire guild is wholeheartedly denying that you're trying to extract numbers from us while your guild leader simultaneously has said (and still is saying regularly) in no uncertain terms that our members are going to be in Azrael regardless of what we want is astonishing to me. Your intent is absolutely to poach our members. You guys are still riding the high emotion train of "dethrone Nihilum," and you show it daily on these boards, and in ooc, with how often you talk about it. If it didn't bother you guys, you wouldn't blow up the forums. I'm perfectly content letting Azrael die again, even making that death as expeditious as possible.

You told no one you had a problem with the guild, and you just left out of the blue. It wasn't just another poorly mismanaged/ impetuous decision. It was premeditated - from the beginning.

Can't you dudes just be honest about what it was? Let's not dance around it.
