So, this is a sad post. I got no clue why anyone is getting banned, sense the GM's don't seem to care about petitions that are about PnP violations at all. Or am i petitioning the wrong guild? because I've provided clear evidence, no grey areas whatsoever.

Yet... noting. I don't support anyone getting banned over PvP, suspensions perhaps.

It is a shame but with limited GMs and them focusing on other areas fair treatment with bans has always sort of suffered on this server. If people are scum bags long enough they will get what they deserve though. Look at Tune, it took him 2 years of breaking the rules with tons of built up evidence for him to finally pay for his sins. For some they just get away with it longer, but it comes to even the biggest scum lords of the server eventually.
