It's a song saying "hey don't be a giant criminal in my town cause we won't tolerate it" and this somehow gets transmuted into "calls for violence"? Like, you're not a serious person.

This I found specifically hilarious, from the daily beast:
“If the lyrics weren’t direct enough, the new music video for “Try That in a Small Town” shows Aldean and his band performing in front of a white municipal building with an American flag hanging from it” - Oh my fucking God, a WHITE municipal building. As in WHITE power! Dog whistles! And an American Flag? Might as well be a fucking swastika! Can you believe putting an American flag in a music video! Nazis!

There's no inherent shame in taking or not taking the covid vax. As most sane people acknowledged, the knowns of taking it might outweigh the unknowns of taking it for people in high-risk categories.
The only real shame lies with people who rabidly insisted that all people, even babies, *must* take it and peddled it as "safe" with the same type of fervor and certitude that religious fundamentalists peddle their religion. I trust the MMR vaccine because it was rigorously developed and tested for literal years before it was deployed to the public. The covid vaxes existed for about five seconds before they were not only deployed but often *mandated*, which is morally abhorrent and scientifically incoherent.
