When we’re considering whether gathering an angry mob outside someone’s home is to attempt to intimidate a judge to get them to change their ruling, what you are talking about doesn’t matter

Or should we have laws that say that if we can find some other example of something bad a particular political party did then the law no longer applies?

It is illegal to attempt to intimidate a judge by staging an angry mob outside the home of their family to get them to rule a particular way on a case
The GOP tried to overthrow the government and stop the peaceful transfer of power, but you dumbasses say none of that matters because some lady in a pussy hat held a sign outside Alito's house. Give me a fucking break.

No I call it whataboutism and a past event. Has zero to do with this current event

As an American, your heritage is revolt. If these were truly popular rulings, you wouldn't have to worry about mobs

But they aren't and conservatives know it, that's what all the handwringing over the protests has always been about

I believe intimidating judges is a federal crime. Our current government will pick and choose which federal crimes to police based on partisanship, just look at immigration law/deportation

I think this is outside the jurisdiction of local PD
Tell that to Breonna Taylor

How about burning police cars and neighborhoods in protests in the years before the "insurrection", which the left like to call "protests" instead of "riots"?

Nice "protest" huh?

These current protests so far are fine. If they devolve into riots however...

Number one, it’s not a ruling, it’s an illegal leak to begin with. Yet no democrat acknowledges this because the “cause is just” so I guess laws don’t matter

Now I guess it’s fair game to leak any Dem congressional plan or potential ruling right? Or is it laws for thee but not for me again, like always?

And our heritage doesn’t change the fact that it is still illegal to attempt to intimidate a judge. And if you can’t have your kid go outside for 2 seconds for fear of what dozens of angry protesters might do to them, I’d call that intimidation. How about the fear of what vandalism is going to be done to your home while you sleep?

You can say that isn’t intimidating to you perhaps, but fear is subjective

Think you’d sleep peacefully? How about walking to your section 8 apartment mailbox with the mob there? How peaceful would that walk go for you do you think?
Two wrongs don’t make a right.

Can we all just move past the fact that your rape daddy tried to steal the election and will probably do it again because the Republican Party is fundamentally undemocratic?

Laws don't matter, especially unjust ones

I'm not worried about any of that shit at all because I don't wield power over other people whatsoever. They can vandalize my house if they want, if that means women can control their own bodies seems like an easy trade off
