I don't recall the anti-terrorism measures being all that bad. There's certainly been a lot worse in the intervening years.

I don't think kids should be allowed to use cell phones. I really dont. When i grew up if you got caught smoking by a cop he'd write you a ticket. I think kids should face that if they are caught holding a phone.

Straight up18 and over. I really don't think we'd be doing anything but giving back all the shit the phone stole from youth, so fuck them when they complain about their druggy-druggy apps getting taken.
