You can only race the people next to you but I guess I'll point out the obvious since you are too dumb to figure out what everyone else can so you can lead the charge of social justice warrior today.

You should take into account that this could open the door to any average male athlete, in whatever sport you want to apply it to, who instead of being average wants to be the best, or maybe perhaps something more nefarious like wanting money in the form of a scholarship to a prestigious college like Penn (not saying that is Lia's motivation but it is certainly a perk), can transition to a female and dominate the competition. And if you are a female athlete there is really nothing you can do about it. It would be pretty infuriating to be a female athlete who is constantly told that their sport is inferior to men's sports, and now you have a man transitioning to be a woman and dominating your sport. Just my opinion though. Hopefully this isn't slippery slope but it is now certainly a pathway if you wanted to take it.
