There’s a difference between different fitness methods and actual scientific facts about how certain things work. While I don’t agree with a lot of methods, I stay away from critiquing them unless someone asks me If I think there’s something they can improve on. If something is dead wrong I’m going to let you know, and you should probably do some more research on it.

Show me a gain that you need steroids for. Then your ask yourself "is that a gain I want to have."
Most steroid use isn't pros trying to push beyond their genetic potential; or athletes at professional levels. It's people being lazy and wanting to work out x6 days a week feeling super good eating whatever they want. Then they rationalize, they'll get off them later. But then their gains go to shit and the feel miserable for awhile (some guys can't get it up for a bit) -- so they get into some kind of druggie cycle with it. That's most users. A lot end up quitting lifting and their health goes to shit. Steroids age you -- aging sucks. | ||
