its common knowledge that big ticket droppable plat items get rolled on unless NBG rules were discussed beforehand. generally if you aren't an asperger and the item's an upgrade for you, there's the option of kindly asking the winner of the item to sell it to you at a discounted price. having basic people skills instead of petitioning and then making a mockery of yourself on rnf usually gets you places. op you are as dumb as bricks.
