So does it matter that one of my requirements for a skill seems to be incomplete, although i can already use it?
What i mean is i got a drone skill i can use, but among the requirements, one of em is a orange-ish circle instead of a blue check. Is there any point completing that orange circle, will that make the skill better? Posting this here cuz ill probably log late tonite and maybe wont see anyone. | ||
