If you're new to the server let me sum up:

#1 guild: lifeless unemployed poopsockers who take the game way too seriously. Do nothing all day but play EQ, fat, bad at PvP.

#2 guild or guilds that don't raid over 50% of high end content: cool casual players that are just here to hang out, PvP and have fun.

Also if you are #1 and slide to #2, you instantly lose the bad evil fat etc etc, and become cool and casual, just having fun.

Sapporro = Fattire, so you're wrong about at least one of those people not being azrael and I'm sure you're wrong about some others. I honestly don't get the butt hurt with Jib not wanting to run Hokuten anymore. Nobody that could step up wanted to, so they disbanded. If they handed the guild to someone that wasn't capable of leading the guild then people would have deguilded themselves anyway. Guilds fold all the time, it's no big deal and most people will move on.
