Has any work been done on the Mage bolt line? I remember them being much much larger than the tiny speck I get now

I may* be able to help with the look bolt itself. I think others said they'll work on the other issues.

I made a couple changes to files tonight:

-- Decreased Blinding spell particle sizes slightly.

-- Increased SoW particles slightly.

-- Altered shield hand animations slightly so the blue diamonds don't flicker and cascade more evenly.
