Why Otto? If you're talking unbuffed (i.e. his 41% vs your 36% or 31%) pretty sure Slipshank would qualify too. If you're talking raid buffed, I'd imagine a couple other rogues would come into play. There is also Zilo and Prospect to consider. Also monks - 90% of the time, the top DPS on raids according to my parser is a monk.

Actually never mind - just realized I'm taking away from the DA v IB arguments that have been going on since like early May of last year when DA got their first God kill. Seriously, like 8-9 months of the same old shit - just (some) new people saying it.

True, monks do seem to be top dog when they are straight DPS-ing and not pulling for the raid.
