While there are certain traits more commonly found in each of these countries than in others, the great majority of people will still be indistinguishably similar. It's a bit like trying to tell a German from a Dane or Swede.

Now if you throw some Vietnamese in there with their ubiquitous massive cheekbones, that would be much easier.
