As suggested almost a year ago by a few others and myself, legalize training. Shit is impossible not to do on a PvP server outside a few kamikaze situations. Some get away with it, others are punished. There is no way to enforce it fairly. Legalize it so that the blood of 1000 innocent virgins may be spilled in the name of Allah.

Training should not be legal and GMs know this.

If we are going to criminalize training and levy punishments for such actions then there needs to be definitions and guidelines for training.

1- You must DIE from the train.
2- You cannot be trained at a zoneline.

To even relate "rape" to "training" is moronic and insensitive. No one is violating your dignity by training. It is an annoyance and of late it has been a tactic to get people banned for even the smallest marginal train, intentional or unintentional.

Even still there is a due process and it must be proven a crime actually committed. Not hearsay or doctored fraps/screenshots.

A victim cannot claim "rape" run to the police and immediately the accused is sent into punishment.

If we REALLY want to address this then perhaps we should create a committee of players that can review training offenses and then levy the punishment.

That way GMs do not have to soil themselves with the tedious task of review, the PVP community is the "Jury" and the court of public opinion is not biased.
