remove OOC, it was put in when pop was sub 30s. now that we are constantly in the triple digits there is no need for it. please remove this feature as it is doing more harm than good like sundawg says. not taking anyones side other than my own and honestly global ooc is shit now.

Global ooc is necessary for grouping and selling. Especially for us lower players that can't solo well. I believe a cool down of 5 minutes per ooc message would solve the problems. Please leave global ooc in. For the aspiring non-twink player. It is necessary to find groups. Our pop is low.

Thats about right, a timer on OOC messages would solve everybodys problem

ive never been one to kiss ass and take sides. when people started talking about other peoples kids i drew the line. i forget who it was but talking about kids giving blowjobs isnt entertaining at the very least. i am 100% positive it is having more of a negative impact on the server pop than positive. if you cant see it then you are most likely part of the problem. if this annoys you then sorry, deal with it.
