GEBs are a nice item that a number of different classes will use at 60, though. So they're pretty high demand, probably moderate supply since the camp isn't camped at least half of the day, and the people who WTB them can make enough money to be willing to pay 4-5k for them.
Spirit tomes are mediocre mid-tier gear that will only be used by mid-level int casters, at the most. No one actually farms, they just drop when people are trying to xp. Anyone trying to sell them for more than a couple hundred pp is just trying to squeeze extra pp out of you.
