1) Kerra Isle

WTF is the point of this zone? It feels so out of place, even on deserted Odus. It's like they went to the trouble of making a cat-person model for a Guk-style dungeon, then realized during testing that people wouldn't enjoy killing cats like they do frogloks. So they just stuck them in this throwaway zone to get some use out of them. Does anyone know the actual story? This zone just makes no sense to me.

2) Swamp of No Hope

Besides HS key, is there any reason to ever even step foot in this zone? Low visibility, tons of wandering mobs, annoying patches of water, and no shortage of better hunting grounds nearby.

3) Nurga

It's like Droga's retarded little brother. Why is this a separate zone?

Eq is very lore focused, a surprising amount of effort was put into this aspect of the game. Lore wise, when the erudites arrived on Odus, they soon warred with and displaced the native kerrans, who they deemed primitive and uncivilized. (The kerrans were organized and strong enough to be a threat, but only a minor one). The kerrans on kerra ridge are the descendants of the survivors who were driven out of Odus's heartlands

Temple of Cazic Thule. Tons of casters, spelling through walls. Confusing maze. Ungreat loots.
Runnyeye. Small, no loot.
Swamp of No Hope. Above posters are totally correct, it's useless.

Runnyeye is number 1. I disagree with Erud's Crossing. I go there with any character that starts near qeynos and camp wisps for several levels.

Permafrost is number 2. Biggest reason is because no ports to anywhere close. Dungeon is actually quite good and very large to host multiple groups. And evil melee classes would probably need to bind in Qeynos.

Cazic Thule is number 3. Guess it is because of the caster mobs and difficulty getting a bind nearby for good aligned non casters.

1) Cazic-Thule, a lizard judicator feels much better, a lizard judicator feels much better, a lizard judicator feels much better, a lizard judicator feels much better, a lizard judicator feels much better, a lizard judicator feels much better, a lizard judicator feels much better, a lizard judicator feels much better, a lizard judicator feels much better, a lizard judicator feels much better, a lizard judicator feels much better!

2) Trakanon's Teeth with it's 50% chance of desync upon zonein.

3) Oasis. Never understood the appeal of this place. Crocs drop no decent loot, there's roaming sand giants + Cazel, no exp mod in zone? Why do teens groups gather here when UGuk is 2 zones away?

Think Runnyeye hate mostly derives from the genious idea of Verant to hurl that 34 enc mob to roam across the entire zone.
