Serious question, why wouldn't the person with FTE just keep all the loot for themselves if they aren't in a big guild?

Notice the part where they agree to be a member of TMO. Also, No gm is going to give raid loot to an individual.

Because 1 person is not a sufficient force to kill him. it would go to next person to initially aggro him, which would be Ironically Second to Engage?

FTE requires that person to have an applicable raid force behind them.

Not a bad idea honestly, people who are unguilded or no real desire to be in a raid guild have a chance to win some plat.

What you don't want non-elite raid team members to experience end-game content or receive a nice chunk of change as an incentive?

of course i noticed the agreement, but you can't say VS can't be solo'd/duo'd/trio'd until people get the chance to try. under normal circumstances if any player pulls out a raid mob, even if they are alone, another guild can't engage until that person wipes (assuming they aren't kiting it). how is this any different? you didn't get FTE but everyone there killed it anyway. by the rules the person with FTE gets first shot at the mob, grats to them.
