That makes 0 sense. People always say they will never do things, until it is actually done. There are examples of the GMs implementing things on this server that are not classic. Bamzal is just saying the fact that yellow text isn't classic doesn't mean it won't and shouldn't be put in.

There is also not a server on classic that is the same as r99 pvp system. Free for all, with these level limits, coin loot, and exp loss on death.

The exp you gain in PvE isn't classic

Global /ooc isn't classic

Resist system is supposedly not classic

There needs to be careful planning and decision making when deciding to implement something that isn't classic, since for the most part, p99 gained popularity for being classic. The community is just saying, yellow text, much like global /ooc and faster exp, is one of those things that needs to be added.

Also, when did they say that they were not putting in yellow text? I haven't seen anything from a gm about it.

Yellow Text will only be a more accurate version of what goes on now in ooc, its a good thing , I think people need to get over the fact that if you die in pvp it doesn't mean your bad etc its eq get used to dying, most people don't want yt because have vag and don't want proof of factual pvp death... no one should be embarrassed about a death, in mass pvp, even the best die...

its a part of playing on a PVP server.

and a PVP server should have yellow text, its that simple
